The Trail Trading store was a concept started way back in 2010, the need for an affordable high powered LED bicycle light was born from overpriced product in the market. The first lights landed in South Africa late in 2009 and testing commenced. In early 2010 we founded Traillights and began supplying to local bicycle stores, as the years went on so more and more dealers around the country started stocking our brand. We have added new product along the way and are still bringing in affordable LED lighting with great back up. We will attempt to keep updated product as the needs develop and change according to you the user. We have a full range or rear LED flashers as well to keep you safe!
We are pleased to add Catalyst Bicycle pedals to our range from the USA. We had the privilege of testing a set of these on a bicycle in our area and fell in love after a few kilometres of riding. The platform gives you such good support, incredible power to the back wheel and the safety of being able to step off in case of a tricky descent. The science and testing has been proven over and over again and we would suggest looking into their website for more scientific and medical information. All we can say is , No more foot numbness, no more knee pain, no more back ache, no more grazers and roasties from not being able to put our feet down and more exciting was the amazing power delivery and control over the bike! KZ Audio was an easy addition to our stable, we are all musicians or music lovers in some way, the KZ audio equipment is amazing quality sound at a fraction of the price of studio rated equipment. We began with KZ audio driven with the need for clarity and quality of sound while on stage with our bands. We were using good quality in ears that were recommended by most top artists and musicians but were still lacking the feel of the music. We once again had the privilege of testing a pair of these in ears from a friend who had painstakingly imported a set for himself to use. Only after trying these ourselves did we realize how much we miss while listening to music, or instruments on a stage. With the KZ range we could hear every instrument clearly, we got the feel of the bass and drum kit through the in ear audios', we could feel the passion of the guitarist pull through the middle of the music and still clearly hear the lead vocalist belting out crystal clear vocals...just amazing! This changed the way we hear music. Now the good old ear phones just wont cut it anymore, KZ audio, a step above the rest!
